Roof Installation in Tampa & Across Florida

I am so grateful for this company. They really helped me out when I needed it most. They were able to come in and fix my leak right away. And also gave me a competitive price for a brand new roof. I am so happy that I moved forward with them and I would highly recommend them.

Had Dynamic Roofing replace my roof after a hurricane in 2022. Very pleased with their work. When a hurricane took my daughter’s roof a few years later Dynamic Roofing was the only company I called. We are pleased with the job they have done. I had a question about the roof this year, called them they were here the next day. Very happy with this company

Everyone involved, from the hardworking crew, Chris the salesman, Rich the supervisor, Lara from the office ,the guys dropping off the tool trailer and dumpsters, were top notch. Chris saved us a lot of money by suggesting we use peel and stick on our flat roof instead of tearing off the TPO and replacing it, He was very receptive to my concerns as the job was being done and apologized for a couple small issues that arose and remedied them right away. My shingle roof was difficult as its mansard and required removing /installing all of it from ladders and the 2nd floor flat roof. The crew worked their tails off from sunrise to sunset and took care removing nails, staples and debris. The afternoons were 96 degrees in the shade, not sure how they do it, I sure couldn't and I've done several years ago. The price was the best we were quoted by about a dozen companies and the overage cost was suprisingly minimal, as we had a lot of rot. We are very happy and it looks great. Thank you Dynamic Roofing, please use me as a reference and best wishes to all !!

Dynamic Roofing Concepts was top notch from the start. Chris came out to look at the roof and do an estimate. He was knowledgeable and insightful about the various aspects of the project and discussed what we needed and what we didn't need. He was straight forward and provided everything he said he would. He and his crew were professional, showed up on time, cleaned up after their work, and delivered a super product. Comparatively with others we received quotes from – Dynamic Roofing Concepts was reasonable and their service exceptional. Special thanks to Eliel (crew manager) who was always courteous and helpful throughout the project. Great folks, great work ethic -- outstanding roof!

Highly recommend Dynamic Roofing Concepts! I did thorough research on them and two other top companies in the area and found the comparison placed them head and shoulders above their competition. They listened to our needs, were responsive to questions, did what they said they would do, performed quality checks and adjustments, did thorough daily/post job cleanup, and was respectful of our property. The Salesman Chris oversaw the job from start to finish, and delivered a beautiful roof with an excellent warranty. I have nothing but praise for the company and its employees.

The service and care shown to our property was amazing. The customer service was fantastic with the office staff. Our roof project began and ended all in the same day. We are very happy to have Dynamic Roofing Concepts replace our roof and it looks terrific. Highly Recommended!
