Rooted in Brandon Since 2006
Our founder started roofing in 1971, and Dynamic Roofing Concepts has worked out of the same Brandon office, on East Windhorst Road, since 2006.
Most of our jobs and reviews come from right here: Brandon, Valrico, Riverview, Seffner and FishHawk, the neighborhoods our crews drive through every day. That’s why we’re often first on the scene after a storm, and why we’ll still be around when your warranty matters.

I am so grateful for this company. They really helped me out when I needed it most. They were able to come in and fix my leak right away. And also gave me a competitive price for a brand new roof. I am so happy that I moved forward with them and I would highly recommend them.

Had Dynamic Roofing replace my roof after a hurricane in 2022. Very pleased with their work. When a hurricane took my daughter’s roof a few years later Dynamic Roofing was the only company I called. We are pleased with the job they have done. I had a question about the roof this year, called them they were here the next day. Very happy with this company

Everyone involved, from the hardworking crew, Chris the salesman, Rich the supervisor, Lara from the office ,the guys dropping off the tool trailer and dumpsters, were top notch. Chris saved us a lot of money by suggesting we use peel and stick on our flat roof instead of tearing off the TPO and replacing it, He was very receptive to my concerns as the job was being done and apologized for a couple small issues that arose and remedied them right away. My shingle roof was difficult as its mansard and required removing /installing all of it from ladders and the 2nd floor flat roof. The crew worked their tails off from sunrise to sunset and took care removing nails, staples and debris. The afternoons were 96 degrees in the shade, not sure how they do it, I sure couldn't and I've done several years ago. The price was the best we were quoted by about a dozen companies and the overage cost was suprisingly minimal, as we had a lot of rot. We are very happy and it looks great. Thank you Dynamic Roofing, please use me as a reference and best wishes to all !!

Dynamic Roofing Concepts is an honest company with integrity. After roof inspection they sat down with us and and provided feedback and also allowed us to ask questions and answered until we understood "roofing language " with clarity. "Straight to the Point" honesty! Chris was a Gem! Office staff is also professional and courteous! A point taken through the entire process was not just putting a roof on, but also protecting our investment due to inclement weather, keeping us updated while still meeting date promised within the window time frame! I highly recommend using Dynamic Roofing when getting quotes for a roof replacement, you will be highly satisfied with the company. The employees respect your property leaving it neat upon finishing the job!

Dynamic Roofing Concepts was top notch from the start. Chris came out to look at the roof and do an estimate. He was knowledgeable and insightful about the various aspects of the project and discussed what we needed and what we didn't need. He was straight forward and provided everything he said he would. He and his crew were professional, showed up on time, cleaned up after their work, and delivered a super product. Comparatively with others we received quotes from – Dynamic Roofing Concepts was reasonable and their service exceptional. Special thanks to Eliel (crew manager) who was always courteous and helpful throughout the project. Great folks, great work ethic -- outstanding roof!
Where we work
Across Tampa Bay
Tampa Bay runs from beachfront condos to inland subdivisions, and every part of it is hard on roofs in its own way: salt air and surge on the coast, heat and lightning inland, and hurricanes everywhere. Jump to your area:

Tampa
Tampa, New Tampa, Tampa Palms
Historic Bungalows to Brand-New Builds
Tampa’s homes span a century, and each era brings its own roof needs, from Seminole Heights to New Tampa.
- Historic districts like Hyde Park, Seminole Heights and Ybor City, where a roof that changes a home’s look may need design approval
- Mid-century ranch homes, many now on their second or third roof
- Newer homes in New Tampa and Tampa Palms, often with HOA rules for materials and colors
- Permits from the City of Tampa or Hillsborough County, depending on your address; we handle both

Pinellas County
St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Dunedin
Built for Salt Air and Storm Surge
Pinellas is almost all coastline, from St. Petersburg and Clearwater to Largo and Dunedin, so the water shapes every roof decision here.
- Salt air corrodes fasteners and flashing faster, so corrosion-resistant materials matter
- Flood zones can add rules for major work
- Older homes in neighborhoods like St. Petersburg’s Old Northeast need careful work
- Hurricane Helene’s surge (2024) hit Pinellas hard; an inspection shows what an affected roof needs

Pasco County
Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes, New Port Richey
Growing Fast, With HOA Rules to Match
Pasco is one of the fastest-growing parts of Tampa Bay, from Wesley Chapel and Land O’ Lakes to New Port Richey on the Gulf.
- Newer subdivisions, many with HOA approval for roof materials and colors
- First replacements coming due on homes built in the 2000s boom
- Older Gulf-side homes in the west, with coastal exposure
- Pasco County permits, handled for you

Polk County
Lakeland, Winter Haven
Inland Heat, Lightning and Lakefront Homes
Inland Polk, around Lakeland and Winter Haven, trades salt air for heat, lightning and fast summer storms.
- Lakefront and historic neighborhoods like Lake Morton and Dixieland, alongside newer subdivisions
- Heat and UV that age roofs faster, where attic ventilation matters as much as the material
- Florida’s sinkhole-prone area, so sagging or new cracks spotted during a roof inspection are worth a closer look

Manatee & Sarasota Counties
Bradenton, Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Venice
Tile Roofs, Mid-Century Homes and Milton’s Aftermath
From Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch down to Sarasota and Venice, the Suncoast mixes tile communities with some of Florida’s most distinctive homes.
- Hurricane Milton (2024) made landfall near Siesta Key, with surge and wind damage across the coast
- Tile roofs are common, especially in master-planned communities like Lakewood Ranch
- Mid-century modern homes in Sarasota, many with flat and low-slope roofs
- Coastal exposure on the barrier islands and along the bay
