What Our Customers Say

I am so grateful for this company. They really helped me out when I needed it most. They were able to come in and fix my leak right away. And also gave me a competitive price for a brand new roof. I am so happy that I moved forward with them and I would highly recommend them.

Had Dynamic Roofing replace my roof after a hurricane in 2022. Very pleased with their work. When a hurricane took my daughter’s roof a few years later Dynamic Roofing was the only company I called. We are pleased with the job they have done. I had a question about the roof this year, called them they were here the next day. Very happy with this company

Dynamic roofing is a great company that actually stand by their workmanship and assist in helping with warranty repairs with shingle replacement. I highly recommend this company for all their roofing needs.

Everyone involved, from the hardworking crew, Chris the salesman, Rich the supervisor, Lara from the office ,the guys dropping off the tool trailer and dumpsters, were top notch. Chris saved us a lot of money by suggesting we use peel and stick on our flat roof instead of tearing off the TPO and replacing it, He was very receptive to my concerns as the job was being done and apologized for a couple small issues that arose and remedied them right away. My shingle roof was difficult as its mansard and required removing /installing all of it from ladders and the 2nd floor flat roof. The crew worked their tails off from sunrise to sunset and took care removing nails, staples and debris. The afternoons were 96 degrees in the shade, not sure how they do it, I sure couldn't and I've done several years ago. The price was the best we were quoted by about a dozen companies and the overage cost was suprisingly minimal, as we had a lot of rot. We are very happy and it looks great. Thank you Dynamic Roofing, please use me as a reference and best wishes to all !!

Dynamic Roofing Concepts is an honest company with integrity. After roof inspection they sat down with us and and provided feedback and also allowed us to ask questions and answered until we understood "roofing language " with clarity. "Straight to the Point" honesty! Chris was a Gem! Office staff is also professional and courteous! A point taken through the entire process was not just putting a roof on, but also protecting our investment due to inclement weather, keeping us updated while still meeting date promised within the window time frame! I highly recommend using Dynamic Roofing when getting quotes for a roof replacement, you will be highly satisfied with the company. The employees respect your property leaving it neat upon finishing the job!

Dynamic Roofing Concepts was top notch from the start. Chris came out to look at the roof and do an estimate. He was knowledgeable and insightful about the various aspects of the project and discussed what we needed and what we didn't need. He was straight forward and provided everything he said he would. He and his crew were professional, showed up on time, cleaned up after their work, and delivered a super product. Comparatively with others we received quotes from – Dynamic Roofing Concepts was reasonable and their service exceptional. Special thanks to Eliel (crew manager) who was always courteous and helpful throughout the project. Great folks, great work ethic -- outstanding roof!
Where we work
Across South Florida
South Florida has the strictest roofing rules in the country: Miami-Dade and Broward are the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ). Add tile roofs, salt air and a hurricane history from Andrew to Irma, and installation matters as much here as anywhere. Jump to your area:
- Miami-Dade CountyMiami, Coral Gables, Kendall, Homestead
- Broward CountyFort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Coral Springs
- Palm Beach CountyWest Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Jupiter
- Treasure CoastPort St. Lucie, Stuart, Vero Beach
Miami-Dade County
Miami, Coral Gables, Kendall, Homestead
Built to the Strictest Code in the Country
Hurricane Andrew leveled much of Homestead in 1992, and the codes written after it are toughest here, from Miami and Coral Gables to Kendall and Homestead.
- HVHZ product approvals: roofing materials need a Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA) or Florida approval for the zone
- Stricter installation for tile, shingles and underlayment, inspected along the way
- Concrete block homes and flat roofs, common across the county
- City design rules in places like Coral Gables, where roof materials and colors need approval

Broward County
Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Coral Springs
HVHZ Rules, Tile Roofs and Waterfront Homes
Broward is the other half of the HVHZ, from Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood on the water to Pembroke Pines and Coral Springs out west.
- HVHZ approvals and inspections, the same as Miami-Dade
- Concrete and clay tile, especially in the western communities
- Waterfront homes along Fort Lauderdale’s canals, with salt exposure
- HOA communities with approval rules for roof materials and colors

Palm Beach County
West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Jupiter
Tile Country, Just North of the HVHZ
From Jupiter and West Palm Beach down to Delray Beach and Boca Raton, Palm Beach County sits just outside the HVHZ, with some of the state’s highest design wind speeds.
- Tile roofs everywhere, from Boca Raton communities to coastal estates
- HOA and condo communities with approval rules
- Salt air along the barrier islands and the Intracoastal

Treasure Coast
Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Vero Beach
Where Frances, Jeanne and Nicole Came Ashore
The Treasure Coast, from Vero Beach down through Port St. Lucie and Stuart, has seen three hurricane landfalls since 2004.
- Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne (2004) came ashore at Hutchinson Island three weeks apart, and Nicole (2022) nearby
- Fast-growing Port St. Lucie, where homes from the 2000s are reaching their first replacement
- Barrier island homes with the coast’s highest wind exposure
